Most of the week, no. Everyday Play is fully automated: you book online, let yourself in with your access link and set up at your bay. If anything goes wrong, text or call us 8am to 11pm and we’ll help remotely. Our team is on site for Side Launch Saturdays (12pm to 11pm), league nights, events and private bookings.
Not day to day. Since spring 2025, the club has been fully automated with no food or bar service during Everyday Play. The bar is open on Side Launch Saturdays, league nights, club events, private and corporate events and holiday parties. You’re always welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
Shortly before your tee time, you’ll get a text and an email with your access link. Tap the link, tap Entrance, and the door unlocks. Check your junk folder if the email doesn’t show up.
The bay listed on your confirmation email. Bays are booked back to back, so please stick to yours.

You pay per bay, per hour, not per person. See Pricing as we offer variable rate throughout the year.
We recommend up to 6 players per bay. More players means fewer swings each, so plan for the round you want. The Private Bunker is capped at 6.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours, you’ll be charged if we can’t fill the time. If bad weather keeps you home, we’ll give you store credit.

Your clubs and a pair of clean, dry shoes to wear in the bay.
Food, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Outside alcohol isn’t permitted under provincial legislation and AGCO guidelines. Please leave your bay tidy so the next group has a clean space.

Most issues take 30 seconds to fix.
The cameras lock on to a single ball, so move any extras away.
They may be picking up a reflection from the turf. Walk in front of the mat and around the hitting area until the light on the Hawk (the unit on the ceiling) flashes blue.
Bright club heads can confuse the cameras. Grab painter’s tape from the Spill Station and cover the club head.
